How to make a Standard 20" AR 15 a National Match Rifle

Just wondering what you folks would recommend to convert a standard A2 20" rifle into a National Match setup. I'd like to eventually use it for competition and I was thinking of throwing in a Rock River Arms 2 stage trigger, A free floated handguard and National Match Sights. Am I missing anything? I don't want to use the Stock weight. Maybe I'll get a nice Turner Sling.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
