How to replace Kimber Custom II fixed sights for Novak fixed

I have ordered Novak sights. To take down :banghead: Kimber rear is not a problem, I did it. I would like to know how to replace front sight. Is there any step by step instruction and what tool do I need?

Yokey, I asked the same question in the Autoloader's forum a couple of days ago. If you look for a post entitled "1911 shooting high" you should find a really nice write-up by Bill Z on how to replace the front sight.
