How would an LTR stock fit a factory BDL bbl profile?

I've got a wood-stocked Reminton short action 700 BDL in .223 (likely 1980s vintage) with a regular non-heavy, regular sporter barrel contour, and can buy a take-off LTR stock.

How will the LTR stock fit? Huge gap in the barrel channel or is the LTR profile similar to a factory sporter?

LTR is very close to Sendero profile.......much bigger than a sporter contour.

I am looking for an LTR stock if you don't buy it.
