How's your ammo supply?

I've got some ammo on hand, but not enough to be comfortable running out and shooting any of it up. I've got around 100 rounds each of SD ammo for my 9mm and 45ACP. I've got around 200 rounds of practice ammo each for my .45ACP and 5.56 and around 100 for my .357 and none for my .22s at all. I could easily burn through every round I have in one weekend of shooting.

So, I don't shoot.

I have plenty of 7.62x51, 10mm, .40 S&W, etc. (1000 rounds of each). I have about 300 rounds of 12ga Buck and about 500 rounds of birdshot (which I can readily find). I am down to less than 400 rounds of 5.56 and less than 50 9mm (and steel case at that).
I have no .40 hollow points for defense and am carrying FMJ's in my PM40.

I voted "have no ammo" because of the 9mm and .40 defense ammo situation.

I'm somewhere between the 2nd and 3rd options. It depends on the caliber. I have enough 22lr to keep the kids and me busy this summer; we're shooting it at our normal rate. However I'm pretty low on 9mm, .223. Definitely in conservation mode with those calibers though I'm still shooting through some 9mm and not replacing it as I'm trying to not humiliate myself at the few IDPA matches I'll go to this summer. More dry fire is probably good for me anyway.

i didn't run out to hoard, I steadklly built up my 'stash' over a 4 year period. I can double it by the reloading equipment i already have. Most of my friends are in the same boat.

We don't shoot much except .22 lr until the snow melts. Check back in a month or so, I may find that I use it up a little slower this summer.

Not bad at all. For YEARS I been screaming that ammo is the weak point in our shooting sport. Nobody listened...........glad I did

Yesterday I opened the gun safe and asked my brother in law, "what do you want to shoot? Pick all the ones that catch your eye."
Then we shot them. We had to stop for an hour once, because I didn't have as much ammo for the .38 spcl's as I thought I'd had
I reloaded some more, then the game went on.
5k + SPP's,
4k+ LPP's,
10k+ .22lr,
so I'm good for a while. If I can't find primers or powder by the time I'm down to 1k of each, I'll just assume that its the apocalypse and start drinking.
