I've had a couple of the milled Bulgarian AKs, and sold them both. They were heavy and not particularly accurate. Fit and finish was also unremarkable though infinitely preferable to the Rumanian SAR and WASR rifles that you see coming in these days.
My Hungarian (SA-85M) is still in the safe--I have no plans to sell it. It's finished MUCH better and is smoother all around than any other AK I have handled. It is also more accurate than either of the Bulgarians I had and much lighter.
I have the older version that came with a thumbhole stock and the wood is nice and fitted/finished very well. To top it off, it's made for a normally sized adult. I have been tempted to return it to pistol grip form, but can't bring myself to remove that wood. It's very pretty besides being very ergonomic.
I think you could get $550 or more for one in new condition depending on your area. That's what I sold the two Bulgarians for...
