I decided I need a new holster for my 617

I decided to make a new holster for my S&W 617. I'm trying an Avenger Style with a bit of Cobra to accent it. Black leather around the Cobra and the rest of the holster is basket weaved with tan dye and antiquing. Then a coat of sheen.

All is done with punches and hand stitched. I run a rotary for the perimeter and a small 1.5 cm punch for the frame area. Rear is set for 1.5 inch belts and will not slip on my gunbelt.

All leather is from Tandy.

If your name suggests you're in az, you're local to me. So not a holster, per say, but a nice leather sheath for my 1911 in what will be it's normal form. I'll PM you with more details when I get a chance.

But just a nice leather sheath for my 1911 to go in, with its pistol scope on.
