I finally got to shoot a Sig P226

    Let me just say what an amazing gun a P226 is. A friend of my fathers sold it to him for a really good price back in the mid 90's. It's a 9mm "KB" made in W. Germany. If I'm not mistaken that's 1991. The gun is in mint condition, hardly ever been fired. It fit my hand like a glove, never jammed. It put my XD40 to shame. The sheer quality is obvious. I go to the range maybe 2-3 times a year "yea I know, I know" and I was hitting the bullseye with ease. Now to the hard part, which is trying to get the old man to sell it to me, as it took an act of god for him to let me borrow it.:cuss: :p

    All 226's shoot like that. If you must have a West German made Sig, you can find them on auction sites.
