Congratulations on the Redhawk TennJed. When I saw your ad for the convertable Blackhawk go up I was turning over rocks looking for spare change, but couldn't come up with enough. Glad you were able to find buyers and get the one you've been wanting. Mine's not double action, but I have the old Bisley Vaquero and shoot some pretty hot loads in it from time to time. I think the Redhawk sounds even better with the adjustable sight.

I hated to sell the Blackhawk but I still have a old model Vaquero in 45 colt. I envy you though. I love the bisley models

UGH!!!!! I have been seraching for one for some time. I live in el paso texas and there doesn't seem to be one here. I would really like a 5.5 inch barrel as well.

Oh well the search continues.

i was thinking of picking up a blackhawk but like the double action and swing out gate. Money is always a factor so i can't have both. unless i sell my 1911 swedish mauser but that darn thing just won't let go of me. LOL
