I hate reloading 9mm, how about you?

9mm is fun and easy. I am with the 25acp being a pain group. I did it for a while and gave up. I have too fat fingers for the 25.

But I am thinking about a 17 remington.....

I am pretty sure I know the path to follow to fix your case crushing problem on your 550. As you know its a reliable press. I have sent a PM. Get back with me if I can help.

I dont have a 550 but it sure looks like the shell plate indexing is off..

I loaded some cheap, wax-lubed 9mm.

Worst ammo I ever shot.

At that point, I decided that my 9mm consumption was not high enough to warrant further investment in "getting it right."

I settle for the cheaper factory 9mm for casual use.

The price of not reloading 9mm might cost me a few hundred dollars over my lifetime, assuming that my TIME dealing with reloading it is worth zero.

I don't mind loading 9mm, but I hate it when I get some 9mm milsurp cases and have to swage the primer pockets! Now that I hate!
