i just bought a new glock 19

hi everyone havent been on for a while i went to rehab for my addiction anyways i just bought a new glock 19 at a great price $499.00 i hope i did great its great to be back among friends thank you for reading my post john. ps: been sober for 8 months now

thank you guys for the support how reliable is the glock 19? i had a m&p9 wasnt so reliable & it seems like evrytime you send things back to s&w it aint the same quality it use to be at the factory what went wrong with them

Your 19 should be agreat gun . Is it a new series 3 . I to am new to glocks ,bought 2 and really like them. I quit guzzlen about 20 years ago cold . Just got tired of it all. Good luck with your new toy.

I have a close friend that is in alcohol recovery and relapsed. As per our agreement I went and picked up a shotgun, pistol, and AR and held onto them until he got 3 months of sobriety, a sponsor, etc.

I would advise coming up with such a plan. To protect you from yourself, relapsing can be devastating.

I have a Gen3 Glock19 and I am thinking about either a Glock21sf or a 30sf..
I like having both bases covered in fighting calibers.

Hey John congrats on both your purchase and your sobriety. That's huge! I have 3rd gen 19 and haven't had one failure of any kind. I shot my friends 21 and don't worry the .45 isn't bad at all. It's more of a push than snappy recoil. I rather shoot a .45 acp than .38 out of an airweight snubby anyday. Have fun.
