Personally, I think the ".499 Barrett" has a nice ring to it..........

Thats why Mr. Barrett so thoughtfully makes the M468 rifles (M4s in 6.8SPC or whatever that new cartridge is). Now there's no excuse, call your FFL today.I think it'd be awesome to have one of his guns, but my closest range is about an hour away, only 200 yards, and I don't even know if they allow 50bmg.
lol, .499 BMG(BarrettMG), but make sure it will still fire in a .50bmg, and vice versa.Personally, I think the ".499 Barrett" has a nice ring to it..........
I'm going to eventually design/build a pistol that fires some powerful rifle round, name it the "Daisybell" or the "Pretty Princess", paint it pink, etc.
I will then take photographs and make a website and press release on how it is the most dangerous pistol to ever hit the market.
I would like to see news anchors deal with that:
"The Pretty Princess, a cop killer handgun, is shown here... sporting a pink finish. Hey, stop laughing!".
Before I thank him, has this been confirmed. There is no mention of it on his website. Photoshop can deceive. I am unfamilar with the source of the graphic.
It is the Barrett position that we choose not to support in anyway state or local governments who are against the US Constitution and the safety and security of this nation. If California were to ban the sale of the Barrett .50 cal rifle we will stop the sale and service of all Barrett products to all State Law Enforcement agencies of the state of California immediately and ask all small arms manufactures to consider similar action.
Barrett Firearms Mfg. Inc. will no longer sell or service any rifles to California Government agencies.
Thank you,

I've been saying the same thing. We should pass an ammendment saying that police must be subject to all civil arms regulations. That would make people think twice before banning something. (oops.. don't mean to steal your thread)By the way, exactly what does "law-enforcement" need a .50 for? Especially when civilians can't have them?
