I have a saiga 308 in the "sporter" condition. I'd like to convert it to the "AK pistol grip, trigger group, foldable/collapsible stock, suppressor capable" configuration. I'd enjoy hearing some ideas from the forums. I'm inclined mechanicaly but not over-confident when it comes to guns.
I'd love to hear about good ideas about "home" conversions without hearing about "spontanious dis-assembly" via my mods.
I just want a pistol grip, folding/collapsable stock, scope and suppressor threads.
Am I nuts?
Will I spend more on the mods than the rifle? Scope excluded. It was a bargain, I'd like it to remain so.
