VPC states that there was a drastic reduction in crimes committed by "semi-automatic assault weapons" following the ban and it is extremely important to renew the ban to protect the public.

Yeah right. Very rarly are crimes commited with longarms much less with "evil looking" weapons. Even if they were, crimenals will just switch to diffefent guns. A commen pump action shotgun is just as deadly as a "EBR".

The only thing I could see was your bit about AK-47's being Machinesguns and therefore entirely illegal. Actually they are not illegal, just highly regulated. See National Firearms Act of 1934 and Firearms Owner's Protection Act of 1986. They are, as of FOPA '86, illegal to import to the U.S., but any that were brought in before that are perfectly legal as long as you comply with the provisions of the NFA.

Yes, I am aware of those laws and that it is "heavily regulated" not illegal.

I fixed a few errors in the site, especially with the AK-47 being a machinegun and illegal. I also added some to the UZI part and the Street Sweeper/Striker part.
