I need quick Russian Scope information (listed on eBay)

Hey guys, I have a friend that is looking at turning his Mosin Nagant into a sniper version. Forget about logistics or anything else, this is a want, not a need. He wants a gun that looks like the one in Enemy at the Gates. He has the rifle, he needs a scope, mount, and bent bolt.

So go over to this auction at eBay and let him know what you think. Is it a good price?What kind of scope is it? He wants to know. Just post here and he can check it out. Thanks guys. I will make him sign up when he gets a chance.

That scope is NOT a PU scope. It looks like a much newer civilian version of a low power scope.

all i know is that the scope in the pic isn't the same 3.5 PU scope that would go on a 91/30 sniper rifle. you might be able to find one in shotgun news somewhere. or maybe on www.gunbroker.com or www.gunsamerica.com somewhere. good luck!

AFAIK, it has good optics and an illuminated reticle. What stopped me from buying one is that one of the adjustment dials is at the bottom when the reticle is oriented upright...that makes mounting it difficult. Not sure what they were thinking...
