But don't seem to be coming up with any threads...Maybe not looking in the right forums, so I will ask here...

Anybody have any thoughts on magazines that are marked for LE and Military use that came on the market after the AWB sunset?

How will it be handled going forward with the new Congress?
I bought some right after the AWB sunset from CDNN but now I think that with all these anti-gunners in Washington I can see them banning high cap mags again…Thoughts?

As long as a new ABW grandfathers them in like the last one did, no problem. High cap mags will be available for years and years.

(sarcasm on) Ones marked LE/Military are 387% more deadly than non-marked mags and therefore should be BANNED!!! (sarcasm mode off)
All it proves was that the magazine was produced sometime during the ban, and they are completely legal to own. Some of the extremists want to make it a felony to own high-cap magazines and want no grandfather clause in their version of an AWB. I think it will be a hard sell though considering it had no effect on crime because  criminals actually BREAK THE LAW!!! (crowd gasps)
The time they come to your house to gather up your magazines is the time to unload them the easy way.

Even the ones that are marked LE?
How would they be able to differentiate them?
I was going to pick up some more from CDNN but am a little leery now with Pelosi, Clinton and Shumer gearing up…

If there's another ban the markings will be different.

If possession is declared illegal and the weapons a public nuisance, there will be no markings. You'll simply turn them in or spend time in prison.

The more I hear dem apologists explaining how they are really pro-gun now, the more I fear that the ban will come sooner than expected, and will get more support than expected.
