I want to go to a 10 mm for various reasons. Here's my list of GLOCKs. Is it even possible with what I have? Tell me that with all these pistols, I can convert one to 10 mm with a new barrel and mag.

G17
G21
G23
G27
G30
G36

Anyone?

Just buy a Glock 20. That's the easiest and most reliable way. There are conversion barrels for the G21, but reliability will not be good because the extractor will have trouble gripping the smaller 10mm case. If you just want a range toy, and don't mind clearing jams as you plink away, then go ahead. If you want it for any serious use, I wouldn't reccommend a conversion barrel.

You can drop a .40 conversion barrel in a g29 to make it a g27 but I don't believe it works the other way...

None of the 9mm/40 S&W/357 SIG guns have the requisite grip length (front to back) to handle the longer 10mm auto round. The 45 ACP frames have long enough grips (again front to back) to handle the 10mm length - which is why these two calibers have their own frame size. However, 45 ACP & 10mm have different extractors, and possibly different breech face dimensions on the slide. You'll need to at least swap extractors for reliability if a slide swap isn't necessary. A search over at GlockTalk should yield the exact information you seek.
