Well I have been very ill for about three weeks now. Lost 8 pounds, was on liquids for a while. I am feeling better now. So I went to the range today to fire 200 rounds from one of my Taurus 24/7 Pro's .40 caliber. I missed the splatter target completely more then a few times from 15 yards. Then I was shooting low and too the left. Really I think I would have done better blind-folded. Rapid fire was a bit more accurate. Got a little better as I shot more, but the middle of the target was not all torn up. I am near sighted, so when I shoot I wear my glasses. I have trouble seeing the rear sight. I generally use the front sight only as a rule. Now I have not been away from shooting that long. It has only been four weeks. I was shooting standing up, usual two handed grip. The only good thing that happened is I had a couple of rounds where the cartridge failed to fire, but the 24/7 actually resets back to DA and gives you a second try without having to rack the slide. Each fired on the second try, I thought that was pretty nice. This was all at 15 yards. Any suggestions?
