I am always armed, but when i take a shower, I leave my gun in the bedroom before dressing. I got to thinkin', what if someone breaks in and I'm in the shower?
I was thinkin' a Hi Point kept in the cabinet above the toilet would be a pretty decent way to go. It has advantages....
1) It's a heavy gun, but that doesn't matter if just kept in the cabinet. Could be used as a club if it jammed. But, those that actually HAVE one say they're quite reliable and I believe it as the design is a simple blow back.
2) It's zinc alloy and so would be quite rust resistant in a steamy bathroom.
3) I have a small bathroom so even if it's not very accurate, no biggy. I mean, it's knife fighting tight in there. I've heard they shoot okay, though, just not target guns.
4) It'd be directly over the toilet when I reached for it, so upon laying eyes on it, I'd have the toilet right there to throw up in should that happen.
Hmm, come to think of it, I have a knife I don't use for anything else......never mind.
