There are clones of 1911s and Hi-Powers BUT, noone cloned the VIS-35? 9MM, hammer drop safety, ergonomic, 1911 style and a classic. Why not? It seems a great design.

To the question at hand...no real demand for a 1911 knock off that proberly wasn't a huge success in the original releae. Kinda like there's no clones of the GyroJet either.

I like the VIS-35. I think it is a beautiful and wellcrafed piece of engineering. A very modern design. It even has the factor. The Nazis used and liked it enough to produce it for WWII. I like my women beefier than Vanna too.
