I recently picked up a pistol-grip single-shot shotgun with the "I" Interarms stamp on it. It appears to be Italian made, with "Finito" stamped on the receiver. and "K-30" on the chamber. The barrel is blued steel with a hexagonal chamber while the receiver is very bright steel with ornate floral patterns ont he side. Lockup is very tight and overall quality is excellent. The release lever for the barrel is located underneath, and pulls back like a second trigger.

It's in 20 ga., 3" and has a blocky wood pistol grip. OAL is just over NFA minimums. It folds in half tightly and fits in a suitcase easily.

I capped off a few slugs at some trees on the compound and I was impressed by accuracy, even when shooting from the waist. Handles well.

Anyway I got it for $120 for use as a Spenard whippit gun. What's the story on this piece? Is it some sort of Mafia special?

I've seen similar by Bernadelli, though they had real stocks. A&F used to import one they called a Knockabout, it folded right in half and was a cycle/car/backpacker gun.Quality was good, and a few are still out there.

FYI, the Mafia shotgun is a Lupara(Wolf killer). It's a short barreled SxS, usually with hammers and a sling. Traditional Sicilian tool....

Bump and update. It says "K-20" on the barrel's chamber. But I"m pretty sure it's not a Krieghoff! Unless they were imported by Interarms.
