I think what's important here is that we need to know what the ATF is claiming they did.

I'd have to imagine at least some of what the ATF does is legit, and whether this is or not hinges upon the facts.

User name that started this thread, Bullseyeshooter, is the name of the gun shop in Tacoma, Washington where the Beltway Snipers stole their rifle. The store was investigated by the ATF and the FFL revoked because of multiple “paperwork” violations, including several dozen missing firearms with no sales records. (Store may now be reopened under a new owner.)

Ryan Horsley, admits when the business sold guns it sometimes left blank required parts of a gun purchase form, omitted a background check on a special order, failed to log multiple handgun sales to the same customer in five working days, did not keep track of guns returned to manufacturers, threw away denied applications dealers are required to keep for 20 years and failed to post a gun safety sign and pamphlets.

If you had done your job to begin with you wouldn't be standing here asking for our support. It's silly and downright disrespectful for you to come here and ask for my help when you didn't do what was required of you. If you were honestly being screwed by the BATFE then I would help you any way I could.

But I can't. Because YOU screwed up. Now YOU need to pay the price and fix the mistakes YOU caused.
