Identify a rifle image?

This morning was just reading through yahoo news, and spotted this rifle picture. I can't identify what it is. Anybody care to take a guess? Thank you folks.

Looks like some flavor of really cheap .22. Maybe a military trainer?

And it seems to be missing the cocking piece & firing pin!

That is an awfully large bolt circumference for a .22. Also, it has military style tangent rear sight.

Looks like a sporterized trainer. I can't match that rear sight exactly, though.

Pretty sure its military trainer.Doubt it American.

Schnabel front stock.

Missing the rear of the bolt.

Must be a .22 as the ejection port is too small for anything else.

the receiver looks like a Romanian M69, but the rear sight looks like it is off a CZ trainer

Some sort of vintage .22 training rifle, possibly made for the military in some European country.

The extractor looks to be about a .22 size also. So do you know the answer, or are we all guessing?
