my budget rifle pulled 308 win 5r mili spec barrel B&C medalist m40 stock, leupold mark 4 15.moa base leupold prw. rings, swfa ss 10 mili/mili scope some butler creek covers, i had the action and bottom metal. about $700 here. gun will hold sub 1/2 moa out to 300 i am tweaking a load with 165 sierra gk hps, i shot a 1 1/2 ,5 shot group at 500.
