I vote for the M1 Carbine for the historical value.

As for the other choices --

My Dad has a pre-'64 Winnie 94 and it don't do a darn thing for me. A boring little gun.

Even with DU engraved on the side, it's still an 1100 -- Mass produced by the boatload since 1963.

I agree, I'd go with the carbine.

If it's marked .30-30 and not .30WCF, a '94 is too new to be interesting.
