The long history of the select-fire Tavor gives great insight into the semi-auto version. Most of the parts are identical

Not always, consider the AKM and its semi-auto "US made" WSAR where more than most of the parts are identical.

The select-fire Tavor has been in production for what, 10 years?
The caracal series of pistols have been in production for several prior to coming stateside and getting recalled.
I voted MSAR but one of the new Steyr AUGs would also work. Of the choices listed I don't care for the keltec or bushmaster and spare parts are somewhat limited on the other choices.

Anyone who has set up tooling or started a new factory will tell you there are frequently problems that crop up, even if making a established product that's identical to what's produced elsewhere.

And the US Tavor has some design features that are different to satisfy the ATF.

I have done both on both small and large scales. IWI is shipped what are known as "kits" in the manufacturing industry. Their final assembly (with the addition of a minimal handful of US-sourced 922(r) compliant parts to make them US legal) and final test/proof is hardly comparable to integrated manufacturing where things begin with cutting metal and molding polymer.

I strongly suspect that IWI builds completely finished/tested Tavors in Israel, removes the aforementioned parts and then ships the resulting "kits" to the USA.

Finally, those different design features you speak of are quite trivial.

There's simply no question that the performance history of the select-fire Tavor is an extremely strong (but not a perfectly exact) indicator of how the semi-auto Tavor sold in the USA will perform.

I really like the Kel-Tec RFB, it is a nice shooting rifle with very good accuracy and reliability. Once I shot it with the suppressor I really fell in love with it.

For fun, the FS2000 because it looks the coolest.

For practical purposes, I'll choose whichever is the most expensive and then sell it at panic prices.

Which other semi-auto bullpup rifles (that are not simply derivatives of existing designs) are also commonly available in the US market?

By derivatives of existing designs I assume you mean conversions. Excluding those, there is the:

Walther G22
Barrett M-97
Barret M-99
Desert Tactical SRS
AMP DSR-1
There is also another AUG clone, the TPD AXR.

The Norinco type 86S is essentially an AK conversion but was still a production gun. So would be the Valmet M82 and I think the Mossberg Maverick Bullpup shotgun.

Believe it or not there are a very few semi-auto L85s in the US. There is also less than 1,000 semi FAMAS imported by Century a while back. All are extremely rare and expensive if you can find one. Supposedly the Walther WA2000 can be had too, but expect to pay the price of a new Porsche.

There may be a few others but that's all I can think of.

I have a PS90 - previously owned a 2nd one. Had an MSAR AUG - have a Steyr AUG now... (sold the 2nd PS90 to buy the A3 AUG).

The PS90 will always be my favorite. But, I REALLY like the AUG.

Prefer it much more to the FS2000 and the TAVOR, I have shot both... I was going to get a TAVOR until I tried shooting it. Opted for the Steyr AUG after that instead

Exactly.

I've got a FS2000 and a A3 AUG. The FS2k is probably, technically, the better rifle.

But I get a visceral kick out of shooting the AUG.
