If you had just enough money, right now, to buy any one firearm this instant, what would it be?

I would resurrect the MA-10. It was a prototype assault rifle that looked, vaguely, like the Styer AUG, but used AR-15 and Mini-14 magazines interchangeably, had tool-less disassembly and could be changed from right or left discharge by swapping the position of the empty-case reflector.

And I guess since Uncle Sugar doesn't like us civvy types slinging HE over the horizon
Yep, this is why I did not choose a railway gun; would need a whole 'nuther wish just to get rail access [:)]
Otherwise, something like this:

Would be tres cool.
Ok, so, finding a 22 mile deep range might be complicated. And a Baldwin or Alco 4-8-4 to haul it about the tracks another . . .

A Colt Series 70 1911 in the 9mm chambering. Been wanting one for awhile. I have plenty in .45 ACP and I have one in 38 Super but I want one in 9mm.

I had an XP in 7mmBR; was sweet shooting and VERY accurate; a great mid-range deer/antelope pistol

A Marlin 357 lever action. When I find one, I don't have the free cash. When I have free cash, the deck off the house decides to disintegrate.

If the selling market was better, I'd get rid of several other things for one of these.

HK 91, fell in love with them when I was a child, and once they became rare it always was a case of not having the cash at the time, or nothing worth the price when I had the money.

Maybe a PTR will be on the agenda for the tax return.
