A WW2 issue Garand rifle with a few thousand rounds of ammo.
AWW2 issue Colt 1911 with the same amount of ammo
Any classic SxS with exposed hammers.

Shotgun: AA-12
Rifle: Either a genuine Dragunov, M-16, or Steyr AUG (undecided there)
Pistol: Either a full auto CZ75, or a SPHINX 3000 in .45ACP if it exists yet?

Stoeger Arms .22 Luger (sold mine years ago, kicking self for doing so)
AR-50
Something in .458 Lott
Just for giggles and grins: a 4 bore
M1 Garand
45-70 BFR
50 Desert Eagle

Honestly, I have all the guns I want/need/can justify but....I would like to have a "few" Surefire suppressors for what I do have. They are very, very nice........

Barrett M107
M240 (isn't that the belt fed 308?)

But I do need to be content with what I have. I am learning to be safe and hopefully proficient with what I have.

Pistol: Magnum Research BFR chambered in 45/70 or 30-30 (everyone needs a jaw-dropper for the range)
Rifle: Unissued M1 Garand
Shotgun: Remington 870 Marine Magnum
Machine Gun: M249 SAW
Sub Machine Gun: H&K MP5

Anyone who knows me knows my answer. I used to give it all the time at work when a subordinate would say, "Hey, you know what we need around here?". (fast on the draw reply from me) "Yes, a thought activated death ray".

Neat stuff, but full recognition of the right to keep and bear arms world-wide would be more than enough. With that I'd happily make do with what I have.

Probably a VEPR. Because I like AKs and I don't really want anything else.

EDIT: maybe an NFA AK with "da switch". :)

Well I am not familiar with elite custom gunmakers and I'm not sure I would want an ultra expensive firearm because then I would be too afraid of damage or loss to actually use it!

Sorry for harshing the collective fantasy. ;-)

Upland birds is the type of hunting I do most so I would have to say that a very fine quality 12 guage O/U make me real happy!

As for rifles, the Ruger Model 1 International in 7mm magnum would be perfect. (They don't seem to offer the 7mm Mag with the international style stock, so that would be the wish fulfilment part!). My Mannlicher-Schoenaur has that kind of stock and I really like it!

Pistols - I'm a wheel-gunner at heart and .357 mag is my preferred caliber. I'd love to have a blued S&W 4" L-frame "B-B-Q gun" with real elephant ivory grips and a bit of fancy leather to carry it in. Yeah, that would be cool!

Rifle: M1 Garand. 'Nuff said. If I could delete the pistol, then I'd take a M82A1, or a good M14. (I love the Garand-style action)

Shotgun: A Tromix Saiga 12. With a bunch of Wraithmaker drums. And 10 round mags. I don't do the skeet thing. My goal is to deliver as much lead on target as possible, with the most fun.

Pistol: 1911. So much potential for customization.

I'm with The Deer Hunter on the 1927 Thompson with full auto (post 13), but buck00 (post 18) echoes my own feelings on the chase being the best part.

Rifle: Shiloh sharps in 45-70.

Pistol: Volcanic 10, oh my God I wish they'd make these.

Rifle : M1 Garand. May not be an EBR but it's like holding a piece of history in your hands. Good for everything from HD to hunting deer to bears to plinking.

Pistol: Glock 21 & extra magazines.

Rifle: M1 Garand, because they are hard to find here in Switzerland and if I find one for sell they are very pricy!
Pistol: A 1911 from STI
Revolver: Python with SS finish
Shotgun: A Benelli M4

My Holt Grail is still the HK PSG1 (NIB).

A very close second is a NIB Hämmerli 208s.

I would first take my hunting buddy down and get him the rifle of his choice,
Then I would find First gen colt SAA..

I always wanted a 40mm Bofors. 20mm Oerlikon might be nice, too. Those might be a trifle heavy and hard to move, but a 37mm or 45mm anti-tank gun would be just right. Definitely an RPG for plinking. Basically, all direct fire guns.
