Leupold Rimfire scope... $229 off of Amazon and you'll have it in 3 days. A scope like this, that's designed for a .22 is nice, as the parallax is generally set up for something less than most scopes. I think the Leupold is optimal at 65 yards, or at least it used to be.

To all you great guys who help me with r/scope

Hey Guys (Newbie) :)

Well here's what happen with me returning that BARSKA RED DOT SCOPE to where I bought it. (the gun shop, here in Las Vegas)

I brought the BRASKA in hoping that I could get a discount or get a replacement.

The guy behind the counter Carlos; told me he would give me $20.00 for the scope or you can take a look @ some of those used rifle scopes.

Carlos, wasn't pushing me to decide on anything. I looked at two scopes and you or I couldn't tell if that were USED AT ALL. NO MARKS NOTHING. One was a little bit to BIG. The other was: WALTHER 4X33mm he said if I wanted the Walther Scope it would be an even swap. I looked through the scope; had no RED,GREEN DOT just a plain reticle crosshairs.

I just new it was the right thing to do. I'd be only using for targets no more than 100 yards.

So with that guys THANKS SO MUCH for all you suggestion.
I still remain a NEWBIE

FWIW you can send your big game scope from Leupold (or Leupold made Redfield) back to the manufacturer for a parallax change.

I'm thinking of a 4-12X non adjustable objective Redfield, send it back for change to 50 yard parallax setting. Cost for the change is $25.

That'd look good on m Contender .22 rifle :)
