Thank you all for your help in past posts. I finally tried out a shotgun yesterday and I was scared for nothing! I ended up buying the gun I tried out at the trap range, which is a Beretta 391, 12 gauge. Now, my goal is to get better than my husband. I'll let ya know how that turns out.

Congrats......is that one of the break open single shots that they have in the rentals at PGC? If so...those are mighty fine shotguns!

The Beretta AL391 is a nice lowgrade entry level semi auto shotgun, you got a nice starter gun

A 391 is what comes home when you tell your wife to go out and get one she likes and don't give her a price range. She won't have to work long to shoot better then the guy that out shoots me, I don't do that good.
