I searched, but didn't find what I'm looking for. Anyone have a link to do it yourself trigger improvement for the sks? I'm aware of the trigger groups you can buy, but I want to do it cheap if possible. I dont have any gunsmithing experience, but I do lots of mech work.
I traded for a norinco sks, which is mostly pretty nice, but the trigger is really bad. Its so gritty its almost 2 stage and seems like it has a long travel. I havent taken out the trigger group yet, but all the internals are spotless, and the bore looks brand new.
Do sks triggers get better w/ dryfiring or live firing? I doubt this one has had 100 rounds thru it.
Thanks for reading.

It's a pretty straightforward design. I took mine apart and polished all the surfaces when I had it. It's just a sear sliding on a rail.
