Imr sr 4759

I made a misteak and bought 4759 when I should have bought 4756 :banghead:
I did not intend to make reduced rifle loads but...
Are there any handgun loads for SR 4759? Or should I just take my lumps for not paying attention and fertilize the weeds and buy the powder I wanted?

It will work .44 Mag.

I had a hot load in .44 Spl with it years ago, but not one I would share.

Might wanna hunt around over on Rugerforum.com. I know several guys over there are big proponents of 4759 in the 44 Mag, especially for long range silhouette shooting.

Never tried it myself, but I've been meaning to.

Well, that gives me a reason to buy a .44MAG!

Find an older copy of the DuPont Handloaders Guide. They published many, many load recipes for SR4759. I'll look for mine and see what it has to say. What cartridge are you questioning? Give me some guidance.
