I have an S&W mod 10 that has a very incosistent DA trigger pull from cylinder to cylinder. I find it very unusual. My other S&W's are not like it at all.
Can someone please point me where/what to look for that might be causing this phenomenon. Also is there something I can do to clean up its trigger pull? Where to polish, what to change...etc? Thanks in advance!

Number the chambers with nail polish (or use the assembly numbers, if present). If the heavier and lighter pulls are on the same chambers every time, then it's likely that either the ejector rod is bent or one or more of the hand's contact surfaces on the extractor lugs are on the border of being oversized.

If it's totally random, then either pull the grips or the sideplate (preferred, if you've got a proper-sized screwdriver) and clean out the gunk that's probably under the rebound slide, trigger and/or hammer.

My first thought would be to strip the revolver to the frame, clean it within half an inch of its life, lubricate it, reassemble it, and be surprised if the problem hasn't vanished into thin air.

I'd check the extractor rod before then, of course, as well as the hand and star on the extractor—but it's probably dirt and coagulated oil.

I had this on two used revolvers given to me. One was a bent ejector rod straightended it out then no problems. The other was on a Colt Trooper the case heads were binding on the recoil plate. I changed ammo once again problem solved.

sometimes new revolvers are like this and the cycling/trigger pull evens out after a few boxes or some dry firing.

I think you can see an bent ejector rod by opening the cylinder and spinning it. I have owned revolvers that did not have the cylinders square to the frame. Hold the revo sideways at eye level and look thru the cylinder/barrel gap while you work the action. Anything having to do with the pawl and hand are beyond me, though.
