Indecisiveness: I Don't Know What to Buy Next!

You should buy ammo and components. You clearly need a .308 bolt action rifle, but you can easily get one of those at any time.

Ammo is only going to increase in price, and a reelection will only result in shortages and profiteering. Remember four years ago? Yeah. A couple hundred rounds is only a few trips to the range.

some suggestions

Rock island armory tactical 2011. Its a 1911 with full length dust cover. Looks sweet man, check it out. Lone Wolf just started making AR15's that accept glock mags. Glock 36 for a big caliber CCW. you could get a ruger 10/22 and mod the crap out of it or leave it the way it is. Optics, I dont know what you have in that department but it could breathe new life into any of the guns you may be bored with. Send something to get cerakoted. Get some digital camo so you can be tacticool. I dont know. Tons of options. good luck. Let us know what you decide.

I think you've got a pretty nice and diverse collection as it stands right now. Maybe add something in . 30-06, .308, or 7.62X39; bolt action or semi-auto. Or a .22 conversion unit for you M1911s. And I would go with stocking up with more ammo. You don't have to buy cases of the stuff, just a box or two every now.

• Ammo (I have ‘enough’ - a few hundred per caliber - but not as much as I really should)
Maybe there's something I'm not thinking of. I don't have a lot of time or money, so I've got to pick a direction and stick with it, and that's probably all the 'gun money' I'll have for this year. I'll be lucky if I can spend $1000 on guns this year.

re-loading is a direction...

for under $400 you can get a Lee Turret and 4 sets of dies, scale and the necessaries to start making 150 rounds per hour handgun or 50+ RPH rifle. lead bullets for the handguns will cost you under 14 cents per round, add a nickle for plated and 30 to 40 cents per round target quality rifle.
$400 equipment and 600 in supplies will make you (some math here....) over $1200 in store bought ammo. besides the new aspect of shooting as a hobby, you now roll ur own.

My 'collection' is pretty pedestrian by THR standards, but I've got most of my major needs covered.
I don't know, compared to mine your's looks pretty sweet!

• Carry .45 (Kahr or Glock perhaps?)
I take it you are talking about a compact .45? My first question is, do you carry? Not much point in a compact if you don't need it for CCW.

• Second AR-15 (It is an election year, and I really like AR-15's.)
Eh. I'm not convinced we are looking at another AWB coming down the pike. Unless you are looking for an AR in a differenc caliber than the one you have, I'd put this pretty far down my "want list"

• Large caliber centerfire rifle (Seems like a hole in my collection. 700 SPS?)
Since you didn't say anything about hunting, I'm guessing you are looking for some sort of long range target rifle? Those can be lots of fun, but another question is do you have a range that supports shooting at 400-500 yards or more? Not a lot of them do.

• NFA stuff? (Suppressor for my Buckmark? SBS or SBR?)
This sounds like some "fun to have" stuff, if you are willing to put up with the (admittedly minimal) hassle of owning one.

• Progressive Reloader? (I'm not a high-volume shooter, but single-stage does get old sometimes)
You seem to have enough guns to justify it, assuming you do shoot enough to off set the start up cost.

• Ammo (I have ‘enough’ - a few hundred per caliber - but not as much as I really should)
I might get some more for your "main" calibers, but while you can never have too much ammo, you seem pretty well covered here.

Bottom line, if it was me I think I would go with a larger caliber centerfire rifle, a .44mag revolver, or the compact .45. They all fill "holes" in your collection and seem the most useful/usable choices.
