Received this e-mail August 13th, 2005 via another's (probably the neighbor) e-mail account:

"Dear Mr. Freeman,

I thank you very much for your concerns, and was very pleased with the check. I had made a deal for another gun and can now go get it. I will feel a lot safer in my home with another gun.

I thank you again and you will be in my thoughts for a long time.

We did good. I didn't donate as much as others, but I got a good "chill" when I read his e-mail.
