When I made 2 of these for our troops I was suprised by the positive feedback so I've made a few more for sale. Hope you like it - it's going to
a dealer named River's Edge in Ohio. :)

3/16" ATS-34, HT by Paul Bos
5 1/2" blade, 11" OAL
Brown Micarta handles

I've cut out 3 more now with 6" blades - should be interesting!

THAT is very nice. So many "fighting knives" seem to be one or more of the following:

Butt-ugly
Tacticooooool
Inelegant
Impractical (festooned with all manner of guards and pointy-catchy bits that preclude actual carry in the year 2007).

This one doesn't seem to suffer from any of that. I'd buy it.

Oh. And River's Edge is right here in Columbus.

I need this temptation. Not. :D

The address they gave me is in Hilliard - they did just move. Thanks for the comments, they should be there (there's a 6" Super Camp also :D) in a couple of days and they will make Kydex for them.

But yea, I guess I forgot the part for cutting away the chopper canopy and the features that make it a "fight deterrent in third world countries". LOL

shoulda made one with a sheepsfoot blade.

As a man with great respect for women as human beings, I would still have to call that a totally sexy knife.

And as far as chopper canopy cutters, it's the chopper pilot's own darned fault for not having his toolkit handy! Simplify, simplify!

Great looking knife Valkman!

I can certainly see the double choil, but I don't "see" a subhilt. Considering how clunky and ill fitting most subhilts are I think you're selling that great looking fighter short attributing that identifier to it.

Coronach, River's Edge has that knife now and a 6" Super Camp I sent with it. Not to push or anything, just go look! :D

Very nice looking blade! If I had to design my own I would come up with something that looks very much like that.....hell I'd buy one. Keep up the good work!

Nice work! I drive by River's Edge once in awhile, haven't ever stopped in though. Might have to go check out your work in person. Have a few on the bench myself though, so can't promise a sale :D

Those are clean lines, indeed. I wouldn't tend to call it a subhilt, either. I think this blade would also be terrific scaled down to a 4" blade & corresponding handle. Only one thing would make it better...but you know what I'm going to say. ;)

The only one available is the one at River's Edge until I get the next batch heat treated. I normally only make one or two per batch, but I'll do what I have to to get you a knife! If you get one from me it'll be cheaper than the one at RE because I will give active military a discount.
