What is the rundown on the integrally suppressed 9mm AR-15's? Who makes the best suppressors for them? How quiet are they? How do they sound compared to a suppressed MP-5? Thanks.
Colt makes integrally suppressed 9mm uppers (as well as complete guns). You can probably find some for sale at a LEO supplier, if you've got the paperwork in order.I was interested in ones in which the entire barrel was suppressed. Unless I am mistaken, I do believe that these integrally suppressed AR's exist. Please correct me if I am wrong. I am having a difficult time finding them and even if I would find them, I am not sure which integrally suppressed 9mm AR's are the best. Thanks.
The 9mm AR is recoil operated. No porting needed.wannasupra said:it would have to be ported between the gas block and the end of the barrel to cycle the action.
isn't that just a suppressor on the end of an sbr AR? i thought integrally supressed were built into the barrel, IE not removable
