Interested in K-22...But Where?

Thanks for all those that replied! I'll be keeping my eye out at gun shows and at the local gun shops, while also searching online. It seems that the Smith & Wesson forums usually have some up for sale. I found someone selling one for $475, and wanted to jump on it, but guess I'll have to hold off until my birthday. Thanks again, for everyone who posted advice!

Your father/mother/grandfather/grandmother could buy the gun and give it to you legally on your 21st birthday if you find one over 50 years old on S&W forum and have it shipped in.

You would have to send a form and $19 to the CA DOJ/BOF though at that age to legally get the gun and your parent and you would have to have HSC cards IIRC. If it was a long gun in most cases they could just hand it over to you and say happy birthday.

Let alone the price of the gun and paying the dealer to have it shipped in and DROS fees. Feel free to PM me if you want more info or the name of a transfer dealer in your area who wont totally rape you to have a gun shipped in from out of state.
