Iron's for Carbine's

I'm looking for some different type of Iron's for my FAL because the pop up peep it came with is way too big in my opinion. I can't aim accurately at a 2 liter pop bottle with it unless it's within 40 yards. When with my AR I can hit easily out to 100 yards with peeps & a water bottle sized target. Any Iron's or Battle Sights that you guys have & prefer? Picture's & Web Sights of them are welcome!
