I have been trying for days to phone Bruno Shooters Supply and get a very quick busy for all three numbers they have listed. I even tried their numbers during the middle of the night when I know they were closed and get the same thing. I have sent emails but get no response to those either. Does anyone know if they have closed their doors or are still open? Thanks.

Like so many vendors who are overwhelmed by huge back log of orders, they are probably in the same situation.

I would try email and wait several weeks for reply - probably your best bet if you can't get them on the phone.

Earlier this year, my local gun store was so packed/behind orders, they could not answer phones. If you went to the store, counter wait line was out the door and wrapped around the building twice with several hours of wait.

Now lines are shorter but they are often unable to answer phone calls.

It is the same here as well. The thing that is odd with Bruno's is that the phone lines, all three, never ever ring. I dial the number and then instead of hearing the rings that nobody has time to pick up, it just goes to a quick busy like a dead or disconnected line.

They actualy are local here in phx AZ

stopped in last week... they looked pretty busy for sure... nice guys and really helped me out on some Handgun Powder... Man was EXCITED with what they had in Stock.... was SWEET

But yes, since they do have stock.... I bet its a pain to even get them....

Wow!!! High prices and out of stock or backordered (and no longer taking backorders) on many products. Really makes you have more respect for companies like Powder Valley.

I ordered 200 175 Gr SMKs from Bruno's about a month and a half ago. They showed in stock at the time. Four weeks to the day later I emailed and asked if he had them, and if he did please give an estimate on when they would ship, but if not, cancel the order. I received an apology and a cancellation email from him a couple of days later.

Have you read the thread in the link I posted? I had beef with Powder Valley awhile back...so ALL vendors have their ups and downs. This is an extraordinary time, so shop around for what you want or need.

Its getting better....have patience!

I did indeed read it. And no offense to you, but I meant what I said earlier. It really sounds like Bruno's needs to use this as a learning experience and if nothing else, use some of their profits to upgrade their inventory system.

Lester from Bruno's phoned me yesterday to clear up my order. He was only seeing the second order for 2 boxes. He was great to deal with, got my order squared away and will be shipping the 3 boxes of primers in the next couple of weeks. He did have them in stock. His phone lines still give a quick busy and do not ring but he is open for business.
