Titan Reloading status?

I placed an order about a week ago with Titan Reloading. My order status says complete, but I did not get a tracking number. I tried to email them and the email was returned undeliverable. I tried calling the number on their site and got a message that they were experiencing high call volume and to try again later.

Does anyone know if they are still open for business? Or know what their current status is?

It's been a couple of months but I got my order quickly. I still get the email newsletters ocassionally so I'm not sure.

I have ordered tons of stuff from titan I really can’t remember if I checked for a tracking number but I always got what i ordered.and shipping was very fast. A great company to do business with.

My experience is the same as ShooterBobs, but it has been 2 months since i ordered. The phone message has been the same since the start of covid sillyness

Last time I ordered from them I got the tracking number the same day my order arrived. It only took two days to get the order.

I communicated with them (Dennis Gorski in particular) 5 days ago......He emailed me a reply to a question. You can email them.....and ask them questions about your order......better than asking THR....

Just guessing, but I'd bet you got their email address wrong.....I've done that before.

I ordered stuff from them about 6mo ago the lead time was long due to the scamdemic and i think i got tracking number when the order was shipped.

They were closed the week before labor day while getting a much needed new parking lot. They reopened on the 7th. I went there on the 8th or 9th and they were up and running.

That makes sense. I ordered on the 4th. Anyway, I should have just waited another day before asking. I got home today and my order was waiting on the porch.

I sent a test email to the sales dept. on 9/14 and received a reply on 9/15. Pretty timely, IMO.

I got an order from them a couple of weeks ago. As far as I know, they are still around. My item was small and they shipped it First Class without tracking, but I got it without an issue.
