In WA, you can concealed carry, according to the law, WITHOUT a CCW, if you are

(8) Any person engaging in a lawful outdoor recreational activity such as hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, or horseback riding, only if, considering all of the attendant circumstances, including but not limited to whether the person has a valid hunting or fishing license, it is reasonable to conclude that the person is participating in lawful outdoor activities or is traveling to or from a legitimate outdoor recreation area;

I wouldn't wear it into the cafe....

for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. As long as you're out in the field, you're fine for open carry. When you get back to town, put it away. I wear one while deer or quail hunting in Texas and Oklahoma. I've got a Texas CHL, but the law says I have to conceal it in public.
