Is +P okay for XDs?

I tried searching on this, and couldn't find anything. The XD manual doesn't say anything one way or the other.

Anybody know?

AFAIK yes, with the caveat that any hot ammo will accelerate wear and tear.

Remember the XD is actually an Eastern European design and their normal ammo is close to our +P ammo.
