Is Pyrodex RS okay to use in my Walker?

I do not have any Pyrodex P, or FFFG black powder on hand, but I do have 4 cans of Pyrodex RS. Can I safely use this in my Uberti Walker? I will be using the same brass volumetric measurer that I use for my T/C Renegade for measuring out the charges of powder. I plan on using 50 - 55 grains with a Speer .454 round ball. Please forgive me if this an elementary question. I value my Walker, and do not want to do it ( or me ) harm from using the wrong charging ingredients. Thanks for your time and help with this. If all goes well, I should have some pics tomorrow of this first time outing with my Walker that I bought used last month, Thanks again for the help!

Yes I have used it in my LeMat,although I like black better

Yes. The only effect will be slightly less muzzle velocity than if you had used P or fffg.

I use RS Pyrodex in my Dragoon.

The RS seems to burn dirtier leaving more residue too.

I have used it in my Walker as well as other BP revolvers. No problems.
