My daily carry is a Raptor Ultra carry. In 4 yrs the only problem was a box of WW box.
If things get crazy again, the AR will be worth more than the Kimber, but the thing to remember is it's hard to conceal carry an AR.
If money gets tight for you, the AR will sell faster than the Kimber, but the Kimber would be harder and cost more to replace.
Right now, there are A LOT of AR out there for around $800 . Very few Kimber Raptor for that price.
