Is this a real Buck?

I recently acquired a slightly used a Buck 373, what I'd call a small three bladed stockman model, no blades lock, as a quasi-heirloom.

It looks like high quality, but two of the blades are marked "China".

Is this the real deal, or a knockoff? I'm not saying that China can't make a great knife, I'm just curious.
