Legally, a man in Tennessee carries an AK47 "pistol" in a park... well, He gets stopped, ATF, local Police, etc... anyway.... the man is in the right and had a carry permit, and was 100% legal. Is it right to bluster and say I am right and this is my right, and forget it... or....... say, I am going for a walk in the park, I have my 1911A1, in my jacket, nobody bother me, and drive off like nothing is wrong. The guy had an AK47 pistol on a sling, around him, strutting around. Obviously I am pro gun and pro rights, but the news anchor went around and said I know it's legal, but this is wrong, he doesnt need this, lets stop this. Is it just me, or am I right in a sense than carrying an AK 47 pistol might be legal, but it's stupid, because it will get the bleeding hearts radar screen to blip. I think the guy might be trying to excercise his rights, but man, you gotta keep this stuff off the radar. This is like open carrying and a store bitches, and you tell them" you don't like it, put a sticker in your front window saying no handguns"..... rather than walk out, put a jacket on, and walk back in.... What are your thoughts....?:banghead:
