I just recently purchased a 1965 Ishapore Enfield. I was cleaning the cosmoline of out it when I found two 5-pointed stars and a "M" stamped on the barrel above the receiver.
I know that on 1903 Springfields a star means that it's a match grade rifle. Do the stars mean the same thing on Ishapore Enfields?
