I ate a $150 steak once. it was a Dry Age tomahawk ribeye. I personally think I have good taste, but (to me) steak is not like wine. It’s not a delicate thing.... Fat, Meat, Bone, Salt&Pepper, smokey char.... perfectI wouldn’t know. Never ate a $100 steak. I don’t come from that kind of money.
