Er, NO.
Well I started this one because I've been one to say the "sky is falling" on ammo supplies. Its my admission that I was probably wrong but we shall see. Of course todays delivery to Academy is a strong indication that things are getting better. Example: fifty 100 count boxes of Winchester 9mm, twenty 50 count boxes of Winchester 115gr JHP, 200 boxes of Independance 20 round boxes of 5.56, ten boxes of Winchester 40 s&w 100 count boxes, 5 AE 100 count boxes of 223 and some other calibers I dont worry about. How many threads talking about how things are improving will we have before things actually start improving???
Shooting is the only sport I can participate in due to my mobility problems so my options are severly limited. Its not like I can go out for a morning run like I used too or take a trip to go fishing. So shooting is bit more important to me then it is to most people.Things seem to be getting better in terms of inventory. But I still refuse to stand in line for ammunition. I just won't shoot. My life does not revolve around whether or not I can go shooting. As it so happens, I do have lots of 22LR ammunition and a reasonable supply of the center fire ammunition that I shoot. Honestly, if stores had more inventory, I would be buying ammunition during every visit if it were available at normal pricing. Then I would relax and start blasting away.
Queen, I'm glad you're finding ammunition now. It is just not as important to me.
