Ithaca Shotgun value needed

I have been offered a trade and I need to find the value of the item being offered. I come to you all knowing scattergun sothsayers (?) for guidance.

I am being offered a pre interchangable barrel 12 ga. Ithaca 37 with a plain barrel and a factory fitted Deer sight barrel in VG condition.

I know Ithaca guns well, but I cant seem to place a value on this weapon. Can anyone help me out???????
